This collection contains records created or received by Annegreth Nill, Associate Curator of Contemporary Art from 1992-1995. Files include artist correspondence, Friends of Contemporary Art, Encounters series exhibitions and research materials.

This collection contains Arts & Letters Live program files, 2007-2013, created by Program Manager Katie Hutton. Program files for the 2009 and 2011 seasons are more complete, with only select major programs for the other seasons. Program files may contain: speaker agreements, correspondence, event programs, introductory remarks, webpages, book reviews/research, volunteer assignments, and venue layouts. This colletion contains the records created by or on behalf of the Associates and Junior Associates membership groups. The collection dates between 1982-2000, though the bulk of the records are from the 1990s. Junior Associates records include: steering committee, membership committee, events and parties. Associates records include: Associates committee, and New Member / Prospects / Recruiting parties.

This collection contains the records of the Awards to Artists program from its establishment in 1980 to 2010. The program has three awards named for who endowed the funds: DeGolyler, Kimbrough and Dozier. Records include program administration for each annual awards cycle with recipients and related events; a proposed 15th anniversary exhibition, and non-recipient artist files.
